 Raw Mango Mint Cooler - Aam Panna      Aam Panna is a very famous refreshing drink in India. This drink is made with Raw Mangoes, Mint, Black Salt, Cumin, and Jaggery. The refreshing drink is made by boiling the raw mangoes. The pulp of the boiled raw mangoes is mixed with Mint Paste with chilled water. It is served chilled and often enjoyed with family and friends on warm evenings. Aam Panna Preparation of Aam Panna Concentrate     It is very simple to make Aam Panna Concentrate. Take all the pulp out from the boiled raw mangoes. Don’t throw the water away from the boiled mangoes. Blend the pulp in the same water. While the mangoes cool down in a blender jar add fresh mint leaves, cumin, black salt, jaggery, and little water. Now blend this paste in the raw mango pulp and preserve it in the refrigerator in an airtight bottle for 3-4 days or freeze it in the form of ice cubes for up to 3 months.
